LOOK WHO'S IN TOWN
THE TECHTONICS
The world champs are back in Edinburgh after an eight-year hiatus. In that time, they recorded two albums and toured the world over.
Alongside (or maybe instead of) their demanding STEM degrees, these 14 lads have been working tirelessly all year to get this show on the road, and it shows: having offered a sneak peek of the show to an overwhelmingly positive response in February, rest assured you're in for a treat.
The group’s incredible passion for performance and signature nerdy
energy (they are all scientists and engineers) will see you laughing out loud and, coupled with the ridiculous (but true) story and the fact that “lil’ Liz” is played by a 6-foot 3 bloke in a dress, you’re surely onto a winning combination!
Not many people can take power in seven weeks.
Fewer can lose it in six.
In (approximately) 44 minutes, the 44 days before the former PM resigned are presented complete with all the bells and whistles: Trussonomics tanks the economy, her cabinet makes more U-turns than Mr Bean on a roundabout, and after just one meeting, the Queen mysteriously passes away.
